ApartHotel a Lands End

“Ottima struttura”

“The accommodation was in a lovely village near plenty of other places of interest. The pub was great and the staff were all very good and the food was excellent. The room and facilities were also good. The simple reason for the average rating is that our room had an air conditioner unit on the wall right outside our window which was very noisy. I asked about this after the first night and they were aware of this but I was told unfortunately it was needed to cool the cellar. This was going on and...

“Whilst the pictures and description might depict a 4 star hotel, the Hotel Penzance Promenade is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is poorly maintained and dirty with untrained staff. On arrival we were greeted by someone who hardly spoke English and just said "sign please" and handed us a piece of paper with our details on. We were then shown to our room door, advised of breakfast times and he left. Our room had a broken pane of glass in one of the windows, which showed signs of being...

“Very nice B&B, highly raccomended!! It is would be better go by car, even if it is not far from the center of Penzance, arounf 25 min. walking.”

“Many thanks to Fiona for being such a kind and welcoming and friendly host. The room was lovely and clean and comfortable and the whole house beautifully decorated and with a calm feel. Breakfast was excellent served in the dining room. Easy parking in a free car park just a few minutes walk away. We had a lovely time, thank you.”
