“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Arriving late in the evening the foyer was a somewhat daunting experience. It gave the impression that there could be various dubious activity going on in a number of rooms. The noise was loud all night. We didn’t get a key to our room. Big gap in door frame and we felt unsafe. Would never stay again ”

“Breakfast was good; however, they can’t cope when it’s busy. They are lacking in the areas of cleanliness and customer service. When we initially checked in, we were given a dirty room with dirty bedding and dirty mirrors. You could see that no one had bothered to check or even clean the room. The remote control was cello-taped at the back, and the batteries kept moving out of place. The telephone itself was damaged. I tried to call using my cellphone, but no one answered. “This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”
