“This was a great quick overnight stay that was reasonably priced. The rooms were clean. However, the chain or barrel lock on the door was broken/missing. The bathroom light tripped off so we showered in the dark. Breakfast was good and served on time so we could make our 815 flight. Transport to airport was on time as well and convenient.”

“Ther service was terrible, starting with calling the hotel to request a shuttle. First, they told us that because I made the reservation through Expedia, they couldn't provide service. Then I called Expedia customer service, and they called the hotel because that was included in the reservation. After arriving at the hotel, the service was poor; the staff member who attended to us was on her phone all the time. I will never return to that hotel; the service was TERRIBLE.”

“I ordered a standard king-size room for one night through the The one night app. When I arrived, the attendant, Joshua, was very rude and barely spoke to me except to mention there was a $100 hold on the room. He issued my room key without even telling me that the room was an accessible room instead of the standard king room I reserved. When I got to the room, I realized it was an accessible room. “I liked how the room was decorated and put together. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast buffet and the kitchen kept up nicely with with demand. Without being ask, the cleaning staff removed our dirty towels and replaced them with fresh one. I do believe there was anything to speak of that I didn’t like.”

“-Bathrooms need to be caulked (in between bathroom tiles, sinks, toilets, etc) visible mold -Shower liners need to be changed (brown shower liners instead of clear, clean liners) -Mattresses have brown spots in them when you lift up the sheets -Bed sheets need to be CHANGED. Fresh sheets need to be washed and put down for EACH guest.”
