“Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“Clean room, free parking, nice area, ”

“The water in the shower hardly came out. My shampoo in my hair could not be rinsed out properly. There really should be exhaust fans in each bathroom as this will eventually cause mold! Too much noise at night at around 8 pm and early in the morning. Someone was actually vacuuming at around 9:30 am. Even if i wanted to sleep in, it was not possible! Maids werent friendly at all. Bad customer service!!”

“Staff were wonderful. Cleanliness was great. My only two negatives are that parking was a mess and very limited. Only a small portion of the parking garage was open so you had to wait for casino people to leave before you could park to hotel-stay. Literally a parking line with long wait times. Second is that all the food is inside the casino part so if you’re traveling with a minor your only option is to order room service or buy a $150 steak at Prime which is the only option outside the 21+...
