La sistemazione è confortevole e molto privata, con una bella terrazza solarium con lettini all'aperto e tavolo da pranzo. La terrazza ha una tenda da sole. C'è una zona barbecue separata sul retro della proprietà con posti a sedere delle Canarie. La piscina è completamente privata e riparata e completamente riscaldata a un minimo di 28c durante tutto l'anno (installato gennaio 2018). Per la sicurezza dei bambini piccoli ci sono porte sia sulla terrazza che sulla piscina.
C'è la connessione wifi in tutta la proprietà e una smart tv con connettività internet.
La spiaggia non è mai affollata a causa delle sue dimensioni, e solo 5 minuti a piedi. È protetto da bagnino.
C'è un negozio, un ristorante e una scuola di surf (Lanzasurf) a breve distanza a piedi. A 5 minuti di auto o una bella passeggiata di 15 minuti lungo la spiaggia vi porta alla caleta assonnata dove ci sono 3 piccoli supermercati e altri ristoranti.
È un luogo perfetto per passeggiare, fare surf, andare in bicicletta o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla spiaggia o in piscina.
La proprietà è composta da una grande cucina / sala da pranzo completamente attrezzata e ben attrezzata con vista ad ampio raggio con vista sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia.
La camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato con bella doccia esterna calda e fredda.
Ci sono altre 2 camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una doppia, e un secondo bagno recentemente attrezzato con doccia monsonica. Vi è un ampio spazio di archiviazione e guardaroba in ciascuna delle camere da letto e in tutta la proprietà.
La proprietà e il giardino sono abbastanza grandi da offrire alle persone il potenziale di trovare da soli un posto tranquillo.
L'ampio salone con comodi posti a sedere per 6 persone, dispone di ampie porte scorrevoli sulla terrazza e vista senza ostacoli su tutta la spiaggia e sulla caleta.
All'esterno c'è un ampio giardino tranquillo e privato con un'amaca sotto le palme.

Villa Susan

The villa met our expectations and the listing was accurate. The property is a good size (especially for two), with lots of outside space and is very private. The villa has excellent views of the bay and is close to the restaurants in Famara which are only a short drive or a pleasant 30-minute walk. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Très belle maison, vue spectaculaire

La maison est très bien placée, avec une vue magnifique. Elle est calme et bien agencée. Ni trop grande, ni trop petite, elle est idéale pour une famille de 4, chacun ayant son espace. Nous avons beaucoup aimé que la chambre parentale soit éloignée des 2 autres chambres. La maison est bien équipée pour la cuisine (tupperwear, mixer, râpe etc) et pour le reste de la maison (grandes serviettes de plage et de bain, parasols, chaises longues, wifi fonctionnant parfaitement, Tv). La maison est très agréable à vivre et la piscine chauffée est super. Vince a été très reactif, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le sèche cheveux et le fer à repasser étaient cassés, ils les a remplacé immédiatement. Pareil lorsque nous avons découvert une poêle cassée et rayée, il l'a changé tout de suite. Ce fut très appréciable. A notre arrivée, la maison était très propre et la femme de ménage qui est venue pendant notre séjour était adorable et très efficace. La décoration est très basique ikea et certains meubles très abimés et mériteraient un petit rafraichissement et certaines portes, un petit coup de peinture. Mais nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 3 semaines chez Susan !

Maison avec super coin piscine

Excellent week at Famara, loved the villa

We had an excellent time at the villa, it exceeding expectations with stunning views and with two children the pool was great (including being well sheltered from the wind). We enjoyed the local area including the surfing at Famara and La Santa and finally recommend the Dunas restaurant on site. The process with checking in was easy and Vince was on hand during the week for any issues.

Fabulous Christmas break

The property was every bit as good as we'd hoped, set in a large beautifully designed and planted garden, with far reaching views in all directions, big private pool area, and amazing Manrique-style barbeque space. Inside was very clean and comfortable and spacious and everyone loved the outdoor shower! A very calm and peaceful location. Would recommend to anyone.

Superbe maison

Superbe maison, parfaitement équipée, située dans un emplacement idéal, avec une vue incroyable sur la plage et les couchers de soleil. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Amazing property

We loved the villa and I can't think of anything more that could have been provided. Everything was in good condition and it is clear that the owners do regular maintenance and continue to add and improve to the accommodation. Being at the top of this group of homes allowed for great views and the set up offered total privacy and relaxation. We loved Las Dunas restaurant close by, and also used the surf hire and yoga studio for a sports massage which was excellent. The hill can offer quite a climb both up and down, and I feel the distance to both beach and town were further than expected from the description. There is also no shop near Las Dunas and as we prefer not to hire a car so getting essentials like water etc offers quite a trek. We ate at a couple of the Famara restaurants though I felt they were more set up for locals than tourists. We visited Teguise both on market day and during the week, where we had excellent Tapas at a small cafe/restaurant called El Patio Creperie - highly recommend. All communications were good from both Sue and Vince, the latter on hand to help with a generous lift to Teguise and sort a number for taxi cabs - which were highly efficient once we managed to contact them! If I were to stay again I would defeinitly be brave and hire a car!

Perfect place to relax

After a pretty tense year we decided to treat ourselves abs booked the villa abs we weren’t disappointed. Tamara is the perfect place to unwind, beautiful scenery and quiet abs the villa was perfectly positioned to take advantage the tranquility and scenery. The villa is very nice with quirky little features like an outside shower in the en suite which was quite liberating. The pool was the best part, heated so we are able to use it every day. We really enjoyed our stay abs would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent property in a fabulous location

Great stay, the property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. One small detail about the BBQ area at the back of the house: during our visit it was being worked on/redeveloped, so we could not use it, but should be fabulous when finished. Great heated pool, liked features like the outdoor shower.

Perfect family house, dreamy location

Everything was just perfect, from the 1st contact with Susan, tu the end of our holidays. Beautiful house, totally kid friendly, very secured (our son is 7years old and our girl 19months), thé swimmingpool is perfect, the views all around are stunning. We were fully happy to stay at Caleta de Famara, which is beautiful and very very far away from the south « rivieira » full of tourists ☺️ We already think about coming again in « our » house.

Relaxed week in August

It took over 12 months, numerous changes in travel policy, some long conversations but eventually we made it, so glad we did. Immediately we felt at home in the bungalow, the longer we stayed, the more we relaxed, appreciated the surroundings & the disruption of the last 18 months diminished. We liked the layout of the bungalow, it was fresh, clean, had everything we needed & some. Fantastic pool, refreshing without taking your breath. We enjoyed the simple things … glass of wine & a cold beer watching the sun set over the village usually followed by stargazing down by the pool. Stroll along the beach watching the kite surfers, para gliders & hang gliders or towards the village for breakfast before it got too hot. Also had a few really very nice meals at the onsite restaurant. We had a wonderful week in Famara, thank you so much.

Maison très confortable bien équipée avec superbe vue

Nous avons passée un excellent séjour .La maison est bien équipée (Electroménager wi fi etc) et la distribution des pièces est très fonctionnelle. La terrasse est immense et bien abritée des vents dominants. La vue et les couchers de soleil sont superbes. Piscine a bonne température et sécurisée pour les enfants.. La contact avec Susan la propriétaire est très facile et efficace.

What a view!

We stayed here the last week of February with our nearly 2 year old. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great, which obviously couldn't be helped, but it meant the pool was pretty cold (but we still went in). The villa is great, very comfortable and has everything we needed. It is very well located - near a little supermarket and restaurant, close to the beach and town and must have one of the best views of the sea/mountains/Famara! The owner and the reception staff were very helpful throughout. We absolutely loved it and already looking at when we can return! Thank you
