Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Buona posizione per negozi e spiagge seppur fuori dal caos Struttura un po’ vecchia ma ben tenuta con il limite della moquette in tutti gli ambienti. Camera nella norma con il plus del bidet in bagno ma con la doccia con tenda nella vasca. Nelle camere non prende il Wi-Fi che è utilizzabile invece nell’apposita area e in alcune zone attorno alla stessa.

Hotel centralissimo direttamente sulla spiaggia
Piscine di fronte all'Oceano. Mini Club. Animazione e spettacoli serali. Un hotel a 4 stelle, un po datato ma con un'ottima manutenzione e buonissimi servizi come un ricco buffet sia a colazione, compresa nel pernotto, che a pranzo o cena, se si sceglie l'opzione della mezza pensione o completa. Potrete fare lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia de los Pocillos o lungo la strada piena di negozi, ristoranti e parchi giochi per bambini. A pochi kilometri dall'aeroporto di Arrecife, un po più distante dal porto di Playa Blanca, ottima occasione per visitare la vicina Isola di FuerteVentura con soli 30 minuti di navigazione.

Hotel molto bello, tranquillo, vicino a negozi e locali. Spiaggia di sappia a 5 min a piedi. Spettacoli serali molto belli di alto livello. Unica cosa da migliorare sono la qualità del cibo, sempre di buon livello ma alcune pietanze contengono aglio e cipolle ecc. non sono previsti menù vegetariani/vegani e senza glutine.

Ho trascorso una piacevole settimana con alcuni familiari e amici (tutti adulti); ottima la location dell'albergo, l'organizzazione, la qualità e quantità del cibo, l'animazione (specie le serate musicali) e la professionalità del personale...ma quanti anziani nordeuropei!!!

efficente hotel sul mare
è stata una bella vacanza,la mezza pensione ci dava modo di uscire al mattino,con l'auto presa a noleggio, e visitare tutte le attrazioni dell'isola.Pranzo in ristorantino tipico.Pomeriggio in hotel a prendere il sole a bordo piscina o in spiaggia.(unico neo l'occupazione delle sdraio con i teli mare anche da persone che erano assenti). Cena in hotel (buffet molto ricco,cucina ottima) breve passeggiate sul bel lungomare e ritorno in hotel per lo spettacolo giornaliero.

Bella piscina, ma occhio all'esposizione della camera!
Giudizio assolutamente positivo nel complesso. Unica nota stonata: l'esposizione laterale esterna della camera al forte e tipico vento di Lanzarote; a volte non era possibile "Aprire un po'" senza che il vento facesse volare tutto danneggiando anche la controsoffittatura del bagno (sempre prontamente riparata, si vede che erano abituati...), fatevi dare una camera che affacci sull' ottima e rilassante piscina! Buono anche il ristorante, sia per varietà di scelta che per qualità.

Generally Good - One or two issues.
Booked a 6 night stay at a cost of £135 per night. Good sea view but room a little tired. Wallpaper old fashioned blown vinyl with lots of marks on it. Not that it was a major issue but I could only get two English tv channels on tv, BBC 2 and sky news. Had to pay for use of fridge and there was no tea/coffee making facilities - they cost extra. Food generally good with plenty of choice - could be warmer though - veg was cold. Pool good nice grounds. Main reception area nice. Staff quite helpful. Location is good and beach is easily accessible from the hotel. In summary, this hotel just lacks a few touches to be competitive 4* hotel given that there are some new modern stylish hotels up and coming in the resort. It’s a little disappointing that services you would expect to be given at a 4* hotel have to be paid extra for.

Not a bad stay
Stay was okay. Hotel is mostly for older couples and seems to be aimed at that age group - there’s a dress code for dinner. If you are going to be working remotely while staying at the hotel be aware that the Wi-Fi works sometimes in the rooms on phone but not at all on my laptop. I had to work from close to reception on the days that I worked and I had to ask for it to be reset a couple of times. I didn’t use my all inclusive much, the food that I did try was okay. They have an outdated system where you have to carry your all inclusive card at all times and sign a receipt whenever you use your all inclusive. The pools were amazing and heated which I loved. You can hire beach towels for a €10 deposit and these can be exchanged for new ones every day. I went out most nights so didn’t get a chance to see the entertainment at night but it sounded okay from what I heard. The rooms were cleaned every day and were very clean. The only issue I had was that the shower leaked onto the floor no matter what I tried to prevent it resulting in a large puddle every day. Overall - not a bad stay but they could work on updating a few things to attract younger guests.

Short stay.
Very nice hotel close to airport - used it as a last night stay after playa blanca when getting early flight home nect morning. Staff very friendly helpful. Couldnt fo enough for guests. Great display of food provided for Breakfast / dinner that was good quality and fresh. Would recommend for the older guests. It met my needs for my stay due to close proximity to airport. Hotel was very clean with staff constantly cleaning hotel.

Hotel is nice if not a little dated in places. The rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. Rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities which is a little strange for a 4* hotel. You have to buy tea and coffee. Fridge facility was a bonus for keeping water etc.

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und ist uns immer entgegengekommen. Die Cocktails und das Essen beim Büfett waren sehr gut, jedoch wünschten wir uns mehr Auswahl an Essen beim Mittagessen. Beim Büfett gab es leider einen Mitarbeiter, der unfreundlich war (gab uns auf Nachfrage keine Getränkekarte und erwartete, dass wir uns direkt entscheiden und wies uns einen Platz zu, ohne nachzufragen, ob wir an dem Tisch sitzen möchten. Er war sehr hektisch und alles musste nach ihm schnell gehen, welches uns ein unangenehmes Gefühl gab). Ansonsten waren alle Mitarbeiter freundlich und lieb. Das Hotel bietet auf der Terrasse sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten mit einem wunderschönen Meerblick, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und gibt eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles in einem waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank nochmal !

Réception top! Resto très moyen!
Le personnel de la réception est très bien, disponible et sympathique. En revanche le personnel du restaurant est plutôt désagréable voir mal poli : un des serveurs a engueulé des personnes âgées devant tout le monde car « ils ne respectaient pas le protocole sanitaire » et ils ont eu le malheur de s’asseoir à une table ou il fallait pas et un autre (un autre jour) virait littéralement des personnes des tables en debarassant les tables alors que les personnes n’avaient même pas fini de manger.

Enjoyable stay
Everything was as expected as on previous stays just a little different because of Covid which is necessary. We had a very efficent and welcoming check in and found all the staff helpful and friendly. We would especially like to mention Stephenie who was helpful when we requested a room change for personel choice and not only did she accomodate us but always with a friendly smile and pleasant manner. The food both at breakfast and dinner was top notch an excellent choice. Hope to return next year Covid permitting.

Hotel dated and could do with some general maintenance , food selection not as varied as previous hotels I stayed at and not as much choice. Restaurant staff not very helpful or friendly , just a very Good 3* hotel to be honest.

Not 4 star - maybe 2.5; tried and basic - everything has a fee (even for a kettle in the room); but clean; some staff warm and friendly others quite abrupt; good location; pool temp just right; breakfast and dinner offer v basic and average

Ok but dated
The hotel was ok but not a 4* and really starting to date. The rooms were clean in sense of cleaners doing their jobs but there were things they could not resolve such as old carpet, roof tiles in the bathroom falling out and a shower that looks like it had been there for 20 years! The atmosphere in the hotel was not overly welcome - it is not a place I would recommend for family’s - very much a hotel for older couples who don’t want much entertainment. The food was ok - breakfast standard and lunch was ok (although they seemed to have an issue with using your free diner for lunch instead). The pool is salt water which some people may like but we were not a fan. Finally the room keys kept stopping working so that was a pain. Overall it was ok but I would not want to go back for another 30 years or so until I’m in my 70’s

Dear Ed, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. We would like to inform you that we are renovating the hotel step by step, we already have many rooms without carpets and baths and we continue doing works in the hotel. Regarding the ages of our guests, in winter most of people travelling are older because they have time, and in summer familys with children too, it is normal that they can travel in some seasons where families cannot do it.
