Ville a Lanzarote

“The house and pool were lovely. It was a 20 min walk to the nearest big shop for food, but we had a hire car so that didn't bother us. It was lovely and quiet with great views over to Fuerteventure. There was only air conditioning in the double rooms, but fans available in the others. The couple of minor issues we had while we were there were dealt with quickly and had a very friendly chat with the owner before we arrived to give us all the check in details which was lovely. ”

“Utopia is excellent, it's clean easy to find, easy check in and near all the Playa Flamingo facilities. The pool is perfect for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for a family of 6 or more. If you rent a car then you can get to the beaches of Papagayo and all the other attractions Lanzarote has to offer but if you prefer to walk then Playa Flamingo is an easy walk away as are 2 of the water parks. We travel with our autistic son and this villa was perfect with surrounding walls...

“Tutto ok unico problema il contatto diretto con la struttura. Però non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a parte la sfortuna di dimendicare un orecchino e non siamo riusciti a contattare la proprietà per riavere eventualmente quanto dimendicato. Tutta la casa è ben organizzata.”

“La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica di Playa Blanca da dove si può facilmente raggiungere piedi sia il centro che Playa Flamingo. Piccolo centro commerciale subito fuori il cancello del residence. Piscina bella condivisa con altre 2 villette di proprietà della famiglia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Pascual è un host sempre presente ma non invadente. Disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Grazie”
