“Excellent place to stay”

“Bed was basically 2 sheets to sleep under, only one towel, pictures showed a kitchen in room but only had a fridge”

La posizione è comoda in quanto sorge come gli altri hotel / motel a ridosso di una highway, quindi è veloce da raggiungere e lasciare. Non sappiamo se gli altri hotel limitrofi siano migliori. La camera era pulita ma poco attraente. La colazione offre poco (è stata la peggiore tra le varie provate nei differenti hotel): ad esempio, non...

“Camera pulita, letto comodo, personale molto gentile. Wifi ok, doccia buona. Colazione base forse da implementare con qualche marmellata e magari waffle. ”

“Hotel is clean, staff was very friendly, bed was hard as granite. Hard to fall asleep, did manage to find a spot where I could sleep. If they were able to change the beds out, would be a 5 star all the way around.”

“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”

“We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. ”

“Mostly occupied by construction staff, smoking in rooms with windows open. Outdoor trash overflowing. Pool too cold to go in. Continental breakfast had expired food items. Staff were great, Mexican restaurant next door good food”
