“The room was clean and shower was good with heat and pressure, but sliding door leaked. Water bottle filling station and breakfast was good!”

“I think it may have recently changed ownership. This property needs a lot of work, they try but seem to be lacking customer service skills. Room was clean and basic, on the third floor, after getting our belongings to our room we went for dinner. Came back and the elevator is broken. Today had to use the stairs to get our belongings back to our vehicle. I know this is our of their control but an offer of assistance would have gone a long way. ”

“There was a power outage during my stay, and only one elevator was operational. Unfortunately, the elevator had an unpleasant odor. The first unit I was assigned also had a strong smell, as if the restroom had just been used and not properly cleaned. I would recommend a more thorough cleaning of the property, along with routine inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.”
