“Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. ”

“I will never stay at this place again. Quite literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever step foot in. I didn’t even stay in the room. I walked in to the filth and nastiness. Turned around and walked out. ”

“We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. ”

“Property is extremely needing a major facelift. The property and everything in it is worn out. My guest room smelled of wet puppy and stagnant air. AC unit in wall was filled with dirt and mildew. Refused to turn it on. Stayed there due to cost savings. I'll stay in Edwardsville next time and deal with extra driving. The location has to be renovated or they will be able to sell rooms by the hour. Their HQ leaders would never allow their family members to stay at this location. Guests...

“The room wasn't the cleanest. The breakfast was ok. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The little shampoo bottle in our room was half gone when we arrived. The pool was closed. The hotel is right next to the train tracks.”

“Mostly occupied by construction staff, smoking in rooms with windows open. Outdoor trash overflowing. Pool too cold to go in. Continental breakfast had expired food items. Staff were great, Mexican restaurant next door good food”
