An hotel like that cannot give a bad service like
"a lot of "mistunderstanding": i wanted the airport pcik up and i wrote it in the Special request of Hotels.com. NOBODY answered. So i called them and they connected me with the pick up service. Here the trouble starts: the pick up asked me to be paid in Bolivares, but as i didn't have i said i go ..."
