My only complaint was the restrictions on how to use your resort credits, it was impossible to use, so call the resort and ask because Expedia doesn’t give you that information ”

“I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? ”
