“Nice and clean hotel ”

“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper. I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept. Totalling unceptable for any guess. I request...

“Great value for money through Expedia. Staff is excellent - respectful and polite. Room is nice, clean, and spacious! Clean crisp towels in the bathroom. Massage service is awesome. Neighbourhood outside the property may not be for everyone but is overall safe. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and even malls in walking distance. ”
