I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great!

Shared Condo with No Privacy

Nice condo but not clean. Had other guests staying at the same condo. We were not informed that rooms were rented individually. Had to share a bathroom which was unconvenient. Overall very disappointed

This place is a normal private house so if you are on a business trip or a truck driver this is not the spot

Miserable

I did not know it was not a hotel, but a house, like a bed and breakfast with no breakfast.It was a nice home, clean, and convenient location to the hospital, which is what we needed. There was no manager on site, you had to call. The manager was helpful until 5 p.m. when you could no longer reach her. The room was really cold when we arrived, there was no way to control the heat from the room. After calling, she raised the temperature remotely, but then it got too hot and stuffy and it was after 5 so could not call. The rest of the house was cold except for the bathroom, which was shared with another room, and a code to get in, and that took repeated tries, very inconvenient. There were no instructions for the remotes to the TV. After calling (before she left) the remote for cable worked, but the Roku remote did not function. The bed was squeaky and too firm for us. I had to constantly turn from one side to the other because it hurt my hips, then more squeaky mattress! It was a miserable night, we didn't get any sleep at all mostly due to the heat. We opened the window and turned on a portable fan, but then it would get too cold, so we were up and down all night trying to get comfortable. Too little information on the web site to know what we were getting into. I would never stay there again!

No place like home...

And what a home this is!! This is a large, lovely, well kept 5 or 6 bedroom home that has individual private rooms for rent, sharing the common areas like kitchen, living rm, etc. The master suite is quite comfy with a full, private bathroom and a very nice memory foam mattress topper that is perfectly firm as well as soft. If you prefer the "hotel experience" then you should book a room in one. This is more of a houseguest type experience. Much more personal and catering, thanx to Lee 🙂 (property manager) which is a nice thing. Soooo many premium channels to choose from we spent most of our time surfing all the options. The fully equipped kitchen is available for keeping your wine chilled or cooking up a feast--all that's asked is to clean up after yourself and make sure your dishes are done. The cherry on top is the laundry room that's conveniently located on the first floor and available for use as well. We enjoyed our stay here and actually extended it because it was so nice. It's a good distance from the strip and all that casino action when a nice, quiet interlude is necessary or just desired. We will return at our next opportunity. It was a pleasant, positive experience and we give it a 10/10.

The worst Property I stayed at in my life. I Contacted the property number but they never answered. No hot water for shower. Heater thermostat was locked with a box and left at 59 degrees all night, I had to cover myself with 3 blankets and still shivering. I contact the short term rental to try to pull out there permit as it's unsafe to public. I checked out on the next day and they refused to refund the other 4 days that I paid in advance.

We didn’t even stay there, it was not clean . I have a bad leg and didn’t want to walk up and down the stairs. We didn’t like the whole feel of the place.

Great place to stay. Off-street parking. Good size bedroom with TV. Bath is shared, which wasn't a problem. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are also shared, but there's plenty of space to work, relax, and eat.

The owner was very rude & mean , said sum racist slurs against me & slammed the door on me cause I had two people waiting for me downstairs & I have disability with my right leg & she hit it makinn it to hurt again

This was better than expected. They were willing to let me check in late even though I hadn’t followed instructions and submitted my valid id and room deposit prior to my arrival. And they even upgraded us to the master suite. And it was cozy and clean.. will most definitely stay here again when I go to Vegas.

Well I didnt really understand that it was an airbnb it didnt fall under that category. And then it had a shared bathroom, it felt more like a hostel. And it was non-refundable. No manager onsite. You cant make any noise. It was just not what i wanted or what it portrayed online!

Initially I didn't realize it was an airBnB when I reserved my stay, so I was a little hesitant about what kind of quality I would get. The over the phone staff were courteous and helpful, there's digital padlocks on the entrance, each room, and bathroom so security felt well in place. There are directions for renters to make sure you emphasize cleanliness out of courtesy, which wasn't a problem for me. The one bed room was a little smaller than I expect but was quaint and utilitarian. There was also a power strip on the nightstand that had multiple spots for USB plug-ins for charging devices, which was handy. Room could have used a little better ventilation as it was slightly warmer than the house proper. A fan was provided which was nice if nothing else. If all you need is a room for only sleep, changing out, and storing your personal items this is not a bad stay. Biggest complaint I would say is that the parking spots are a bit tight but it's making as much use of the driveway real estate as possible and there is the street for parking usage as well, so it's hardly a deal breaker. It's not terribly far aware from gas stations or fast food or groceries so I would say my worries were for nothing. I had a decent stay here.

The bed... in my room you couldn't move the slightest without it making noise. The bed in #5 even worse. When they moved the slightest. The hardboard would hit the wall. Difficult to get good sleep with the noise
