“Ok place to fit large families if no other option available. Not suitable for kids with allergies as there are some opportunities in the cleanness and maintenance of the property.The communication were ok for reserving but very limited during the stay.The floor os severely damaged as well.”

“I always want to see a black owned business thrive first off. The host needs a little guidance with customer service. We got there the snow was not shoveled or even prepped for the storm no salt down or anything. Check in was 4pm which I didn’t arrive until almost 6pm. There was more than enough time for that to be done, but it wasn’t. I had to message her and ask were they going to shovel. “Our family is spread over the Chicagoland area and this was a very central location to Downtown and various burbs for us. Property is well kept. Minor upkeep needs did not overshadow the great layout, condition, and comfort of this home. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved both the basement rec area and the outdoor patio. The fenced in back yard was a HUGE bonus for our dogs. And above all, the owners were AMAZINGLY responsive and helpful. We will definitely seek out this property next time...
