“No working refrigerator in this unit. We tried communicating with the host, they were completely unresponsive and for the entire 3 week stay, they refused to come fix the fridge.”

“Without coming off too harsh or unfair this is definitely a “get what you pay for accommodation”. I was in town for work and excited to find a reasonably priced space with good ratings and walking distance to the conference. Shame on me for not verifying the ratings. However, upon our late arrival we could not enter the building because the entrance keypad was broken. The host did respond to my message promptly, letting us know about an emergency lockbox. Once in the building we were welcomed...

“I liked the neighborhood and how easy it was to get to the waterfront or hop on the highway to do business downtown. The upstairs neighbors are a little heavy-footed but the host was nice enough to provide earplugs. The space was just what I needed for my short stay and the Air Conditioning was nice and cold. I would consider staying again.”

“Cleaning crew didn’t show up till 2:39, 21 one minutes before our reservation. The trash can had loaded diapers, and the host was not clear/consistent with communication or instructions.Anxiety and traveling are not good bedfellows. If you are low maintenance, this is for you. But not for me.”
