Hotel a South Side

“Poorly managed staff and poorly trained. Took more than two hours to check in due to an employee mistake. Unable to talk to manager. Not help at desk during checkout. Pay for parking was muncher higher for this area and well above other close hotels of higher caliber.”

“beautiful property and amazing breakfast but rude and unwelcoming staff. i was given incorrect information by a hotel staff and who i assume was the manager accusing me of lying and “no one told you that” she made me cry and never even apologized”

“La struttura è sicuramente una delle migliori della zona di Chinatown. L’albergo è pulito e ben tenuto a 300 metri dalla fermata Red della metropolitana (3/4 fermate dal Loop). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. I dintorni non sono il massimo e occorre prendere i mezzi per arrivare al centro ”

“This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city...

“I booked a smoking room overnight. I got to the motel gave staff my ID and tells them that I have a booked room. He goes to the back with my ID, and comes back out with a piece of paper and puts it on the window. And says is this you they canceled your room. But we can sale the room back to you for regular price. I said that’s ok no thanks. Days goes on I check my account no refund. I calls Expedia to let them know what was going on. They stated well it says your stay was complete, my stay was...
