“The bed was not comfortable. Way too soft. The pull out couch mattress was gross. Had stains all over it. Had to call front desk multiple time before I finally got someone to bring up sheets for it. When they did bring up sheets it was 4 sheets all fitted for a king size bed. We made them work but they should have provided proper fitted sheets. Also parking is not included. “Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. The location was perfectly situated on Michigan right across from Grant Park. Complimentary coffee in lobby in the morning. Everything was just perfect. We will stay here next time.
