“The check in experience was challenging because the staff could not speak English very well. The smoke detector in our room was covered with masking tape. An electrical outlet by the bed was not attached to the wall correctly. We were awaken by an alarm clock at 5 am in an adjacent room that did not turn off for about 30 minutes. The sound was coming through the electrical outlet that was not properly attached to the wall.”

“I am familiar with the area, I went to this location because I know people who live nearby. The long and steep driveway might be odd for newcomers, but access is still easy. There was plenty of parking. Clean and roomy lobby. The dining/breakfast area is down some stairs, but there was ramp access off one side. Elevator was roomy, doorways wide, beds comfortable. “This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. She gives you step-by-step directions and is very supportive with any questions you have during your stay. I wish I could spend every weekend here in this adorable home.
