The Space:
This stunning apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and everything you will need for any short or long term stay. Perfectly located to suit a work stay or an amazing holiday. A comfortable walk to the heart of the CBD, next door to the Titanium who offers a bar and great meals plus so many attractions at your doorstep. This apartment is private, sunny and spacious and having the benefit of free parking is an added bonus.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy! You'll find free parking available on-site, a real bonus in the city. For those using public transport, the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away, providing convenient access to the city center and surrounding areas. If you're arriving by air, Launceston Airport (LST) is approximately a 15-minute drive. From the airport, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. The apartment's central location means you can also easily walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants.

Please note that the apartment is located on an upper floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator available. Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. The apartment features air conditioning, a kitchen, laundry and essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
