“Personale molto scadente. Poco cortese. Eccetto il signore più anziano che sorrideva ed é stato molto gentile. Gli altri tre ((2 giovani e una signora piu anziana) erano molto scortesi. Camera scadente. Anche se sarebbe una bella stanza ampia e ricca di mobili. Comunque il prezzo era buono e anche vicina alle cascate. (15 minuti a piedi). Il ritorno é un po' in salita. ”

“I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. Most probabely the power Fuse was off at somewhere closed to...

“The property was under construction. The amenities were all closed. The hallways were a little dirty and a $20 charge per day for parking was crazy. The parking should’ve been included, but it wasn’t.”

“Mold, dark, rat noises at 6 am, smelly, sheets not sure if cleaned, hair in bathtub sink shower and toilet. Looks like someone was living there before we arrived.”

“The internet was okay, the room was clean but need renovations. They had a few holes patched with staples. Its a good place to stay for someone on a budget. You have to find your own ride to and from. ”
