“My friend and I stayed overnight at the hotel. Our room was in the building next door to the hotel. The room was clean,modern, fine. But, in the morning we woke to find a huge pile of water on the floor in the bathroom leaking from the window. Seriously, I know it rained but the window was closed so that's something to really address! Then the toilet wouldn't flush , we called for help, and they did come fix it . You could see the string holding the inside of the toilet together so you know...
