“The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back.”

“Milford is a nice town to hang out in with many places to shop, dine and visit historical sites and lovely architecture on every street and John Wallace House is the perfect place to stay. Close to center of town, lovely bedrooms, delicious breakfast included on antique china. Innkeepers lovingly restored this gem of a house. ”

“Super great spot if you’re hiking for the weekend (stokes state park Is 5 mins up the road). The bed was SO comfortable . Very clean .The decor was adorable , I felt like I was near the beach . Parking spot right outside your door ( I like to be able to see my car). The mini fridge and microwave were so cute and worked well . “The staff was very nice. But unfortunately my stay was not ideal. I checked out early bc the shower smelled like rotten eggs. Additionally, I found fair in my sheets.”
