“It was my business trip. Everything went smooth from the day of checking in. The receptionist staff were super friendly and always make sure they wanted to help you through. They arrange a private car throughout my business trip at a bargain. Special thanks to Sameer for the Umbrella for a local errands during the rain. Highly recommended.”

“Great value of money next to Radisson Kathmandu and Dusit Princess! Extraordinary hospitality than that of market professionals. The garden is the point of attraction. The room is spacious. The negative point is that the bathroom is too big, almost the size of a room.”

“The hotel is family-friendly and looks like a heritage building converted into a hotel. The hotel is very spacious with a large swimming pool, parking space, and backyard garden. They serve a complementary standard buffet breakfast. They also have a restaurant with a bar for basic lunch and dinner. My family never felt bored staying at the hotel. ”

“I was going on a trek for 7 days. They allowed me leave a bag I wouldn’t need at the hotel as I’d coming back there. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and nice. Location was great, close to Thamel and the airport. I’m a chatty person, so got to know the staff quite well. Can’t say enough about how great they all were.”

“No bathrobes or slippers as stated in room spec. No towels either so i had to request them and then i got two wet towels. You had to ask everything what tine is breakfast, where do i go to eat it. They didnt tell me there was a power cut so i was tryng to get the tv to work for 20 minutes. Spec say two restaurants but i only saw one and an employee told me they dont do dinner. Wifi didnt work upstairs so had to sit in reception, again had to ask what is the code then why doesnt it work....

“Abbiamo soggiornato nelle festività natalizie trovando un albergo che, pur limitato dalla ristrutturazione in corso e che peraltro avrà termine ad agosto 2017, si è dimostrato molto accogliente, con un ottimo servizio è un travel desk assolutamente professionale. Posizione ideale per andare nella zona dello shopping e dei ristoranti, anche a piedi. È una struttura storica ad impostazione tradizionale con una splendida piscina e colazione adeguata allo standard.”
