“Flew in for the race. Could not have been a better stay from a convenience standpoint. Quiet, clean, well equipped with things like coffee filters (not always the case and so appreciated). The only hiccup was finding the exact cabin. There are 5 separate units- wasn’t sure which one (no reception to check). But our phone call was answered promptly. ”

“We stayed here for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The views are incredible, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. There’s plenty of parking, a private road, and the property feels very secluded and peaceful. “Great spacious condo. We did some hiking around Twin Lakes and hiked Mt Elbert whole staying there. Everything is excellently appointed. Fun bunk room for the kids. Movie selection is excellent. The neighborhood is a little remote and tough to get into if you don't have high clearance. Just FYI. ”

“The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. ”

“The location could not have been better. Snuggled in pines with a view of mountains, a nice deck, and a lovely path to a picnic table and swing behind the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the place for anyone who does not have trouble with stairs. It would be helpful for the listing to note that the two main bedrooms are downstairs, which posed a problem for my 91 year old father who was with me, leading to us leaving early.
