Abbiamo un altro condominio più piccolo, per favore controlla l'elenco # 3538816

Vieni a goderti la tranquillità che l'isola sul lago di Travis ha da offrire. Questa è una villa splendidamente arredata con un bellissimo balcone avvolgente da dove è possibile nutrire i cervi e ascoltare il cinguettio degli uccelli. La villa è decorata con una sola cosa in mente "Relax". La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale con materasso memory foam e il bagno di grandi dimensioni ha anche una vasca e doccia in piedi. La cucina è ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e pentole e padelle e condimenti di base. Il frigorifero ha fabbricatore di ghiaccio e condimenti di base. Il soggiorno ha una TV abilitata a Internet da 46 'con accesso a Netflix, Pandora e altre app Internet. La villa è molto vicino alla piscina nord e c'è un gran numero di servizi sull'isola. Goditi le nostre due splendide piscine all'aperto e vasche idromassaggio paesaggistiche e una piscina coperta con vasca idromassaggio e sauna secca. Abbiamo campi da tennis sulla proprietà e un canestro da basket. Ci sono tre aree pic-nic con box barbecue e una palestra ben attrezzata. Abbiamo anche un ristorante e spa in loco (aperto nei fine settimana per orari limitati). Questo rende l'isola un luogo perfetto per ogni stagione.
Abbiamo un minimo di due notti per i fine settimana e considereremo una notte durante i giorni feriali.

Peaceful and relaxing

Very nice villa with great surroundings. It had everything we needed. Furniture and bed were very comfortable.The pools were very nice to have.

Very peaceful area with roaming deer, quiet evenings and not crowded at all. The condo was very clean, comfortably furnished with everything you need. This unit is very close to the main pool. Very responsive manager as well.

Getaway

The place a location was great. The a/c did stop working last night and we found a portable one in the owners closet (it was at 2am didn’t want to bother you figured you had to have a fan at least) and the dryer also didn’t work at all I restarted it four times and it never dried clothes I noticed the lint trap had water dripping from it could be clogged idk. But everything else was amazing WE NEED RAIN

There’s a photo that states “view from the balcony” that shows water in the lake. The lake is in fact dry from view from the property and was told by one of the maintenance workers that side of the lake has been dry since 2020. Although that’s beyond the control of the host, maybe you should update that particular photo. The kitchen was well equipped and although I would have washed the dishes prior to using them I found several dishes dirty that NEEDED to be washed before using them. The unit could definitely use some updating. The area was quiet which was the best part since I was there for a quiet, relaxing vacation away from the city. The host should consider updating the furniture, dishes, carpet and all that’s left for the guest to use. Also, I washed a load of towels because they were limited but the dryer took forever to dry all the towels. Definitely do not recommend.

Photos show a water view from the balcony but based on how tall the grass is I would bet it has been months if not years since there was water in that channel. Had to leave a night early because there was an 8” centipede crawling around inside the condo and the owners wouldn’t do anything about it except accuse me multiple times of leaving the door open (which I definitely did not).

Gorgeous Villa

This is a beautiful little island that the villa is on. Watch out for deer on your drive in, because they were everywhere. The Villa itself was spacious and very clean. The furniture was comfortable. And although we didn’t use it very much, the kitchen was large, clean, and well furnished. My wife and I would definitely come back to this place.

The villa is so clean and well appointed. The bed is so comfortable. It’s super quiet. The pool was wonderful. The host sent detailed information on local places as well as information related to the villa. The deer roaming the property are an added bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo at The Island in Lago Vista, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. From the moment I booked the unit, the owner was incredibly accommodating and flexible, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was beautiful—well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that the owner put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming space. Everything in the unit worked perfectly, from the appliances to the Wi-Fi, making it easy to feel right at home. One of the best parts of the experience was the ease of access and parking. Checking in and out was a breeze, and there was always ample parking available, which made coming and going hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a relaxing getaway at The Island in Lago Vista. The owner truly went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay, and I can't wait to return!

Beautiful property

The property was exceptional. We were disappointed that the coffee pot was broken, the linens were not high quality like you would expect with such nice property, ran out of paper towels with no extras, early morning noises like leaf blowers and dumpster people, barking dog and other amenities like shower caddy and bath rug were Dollar Tree quality.

Peaceful Place

We enjoyed staying here at the property. It was peaceful and quiet. Just the type of getaway we wanted. I wish we had water on the side we were on but the area with a water view was a short walk away.

Beautiful Stay

Lovely property. The deer were so tame and walked right up to us, we brought a bag of carrots and hand-fed them which was a phenomenal experience. We enjoyed our stay at the pool and the restaurant on site was beyond delicious. The owner of the restaurant was incredibly friendly and I hope to come back here soon.
