Walk to shops, trails, and the river. Includes 1 parking space and shared hot tub access! Not your average Bed and Breakfast! Book Now!

The Space:
This cozy studio condo is located on the ground floor of a 1900's historic home and just steps from downtown Leavenworth. The space includes a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, mini fridge with freezer, and all the essentials for simple meals. There's a comfortable sitting area for two, a small dining table, and a flat screen TV. You’ll also have in-unit laundry, fast Wi-Fi, and access to a shared hot tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway or solo adventure in the mountains!

Guest Access:
You'll have the entire studio to yourself, plus access to the shared outdoor hot tub. The inside of the home is also available for relaxing or cooking. Free parking for one vehicle is included on-site. Entry is self-check-in via keyless entry.

The Neighborhood:
Situated just steps from the village, this location is ideal for exploring everything Leavenworth has to offer. Whether you're here for hiking, river walks, dining, or simply relaxing, you’re right in the middle of it all. Just steps from Mana, one of Leavenworth’s top fine dining restaurants. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning stroll, with a scenic river access trail nearby. Blewett Brewing offers delicious pizza and craft beer, while Icicle Brewery is surrounded by wine shops, coffee spots, and fantastic restaurants. For Italian cuisine, visit Visconti’s, and for a nourishing meal, try Yodelin. Be sure to book in advance for popular activities like the Reindeer Farm, river rafting, and the Alpine Coaster. The river and trail system are just a short stroll away!

Getting Around:
For anything downtown, walking will be you easiest and best option. For activities a bit further, there is a fantastic taxi service in town.

Other Things to Note:
- We are not pet-friendly, and the property is not designed for small children. While each suite is private, this is a historic home, and some noise may carry. It’s ideal for individuals, couples, or friends.

- Part of the home is owner occupied, as it is technically a Bed and Breakfast. Your suite is private, and you do not need to use shared spaces if you wish.

- The Bed and Breakfast is Licensed with Washington State.

Overall a great property, wish it was a king size bed. And the idea of the hot tub is nice but wish it were more private, as it is set up now it feels like it is meant for the main bungalow, if anyone else wants to use it they are on display for the main unit. The hosts are very attentive and helpful however we did have a problem the first morning that led us to eating breakfast out and incurring the un planned cost of that. It was remedied for the following day that was appreciated.
