“The room was dingy, clearly hadn't been cleaned more than a simple sweep and wipedown of the counter tops. The floor was sticky, buckled, and the floorboards were sticking up, causing us to trip on more than one occasion. The room smelled like pet urine on one side of the room. The walls appeared to be mid-renovation with many spackled holes that hadn't been painted and appeared to have been there a while, with new dings/scratches still left to fix. “I question the cleanliness of the room.The room was extremely small had to shimmy past the ac and bed sideways to get in the bed. They only one person on duty 3:30. They did not have the roll away bed for our party. There was food left in the fride from previous person. The tub is very high tripped getting in and out of the shower. The shower water was hooked up backwards the labeled cold water was actually scalding hot. Told the manager about issues they they said there was nothing they...
