#GROUND FLOOR
On the ground floor, the bright and spacious open-plan living area is seamlessly connected to a modern kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. A large French door in the living room opens directly to the terrace, where the infinity pool awaits, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views from both inside and outside. When the doors are open, the indoor and outdoor spaces merge into one harmonious area, perfect for lounging or entertaining.
This floor also includes a cozy double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom, and large window doors that open to the terrace, offering gorgeous views.

Upstairs, the villa boasts two additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other offers two single beds, both equipped with built-in closets and large window doors that provide breathtaking views. These rooms also open onto a shared balcony, where guests can enjoy the panoramic scenery and the serene ambiance of the surrounding landscape.

The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring an infinity swimming pool that blends seamlessly with the horizon, offering unparalleled views of the bay. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers, umrellas, a dining table, and a swing under a foldable pergola, allowing guests to tailor their outdoor experience to their preferences. A gas-powered BBQ adds another layer of enjoyment, making it easy to savor al fresco meals while surrounded by the villa's serene ambiance. For added convenience, there is a refreshing outdoor shower and private parking for two to three vehicles.

Villa with amazing view

We booked this at very short notice and the communication was fast & friendly. The villa was super clean, the host was very informative and the view outside is spectacular. It has a great sized pool and lovely outside seating area. It’s a little bumpy on the track to access the villa and a car is essential in my opinion as there’s not anything nearby in walking distance. You are a 10 minute drive down into the lovely harbour at Sivota, with a good selection of bars & restaurants (Stavros was the best meal we had) and I would recommend exploring the many other beautiful areas on the island. A great holiday villa as a base to Enjoy this beautiful island and one you can book with confidence.
