Esclusiva villa fronte mare con vista mozzafiato e piscina privata. Ideale per coppie e famiglie in cerca di isolamento e relax.

Il soggiorno e la cucina a pianta aperta si aprono su un giardino e un patio con piscina privata.

C'è un grande pergolato per ombra in piscina con lettini, sedie e un tavolo da pranzo.

Accanto alla pergola c'è un barbecue incorporato.

Il lussuoso soggiorno arredato contiene TV satellitare, DVD, CD, radio e accesso internet.

La cucina completamente attrezzata contiene anche una lavastoviglie e una lavatrice. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli.

Nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto matrimoniale per 2 persone in più.

Tutte le camere sono di dimensioni generose, hanno un balcone e offrono una vista spettacolare sul mare aperto.

Beautiful villa and perfect location.

Our favourite villa that we have stayed at in Lefkada, this was our fifth visit to the island and know we would not want to stay anywhere else. Perfect for a couple, couldn't fault amenities, service from Ioanna and her team. Thank you for hosting us and we definitely be back to this villa. We loved it.

Home from home

This is our 4th visit so I think you can say we love it. The villa has everything you need including an outdoor cooking area, and amazing swimming pool. I don’t want to say anymore as I’d like to keep this quiet to guarantee my future bookings 😂 Thank you again for a lovely stay.

First class property

This is a very special property. If you want complete privacy it's not for you. Staff very discreet wouldn't know they were there if it wasn't fot clean towels etc. But if you want relaxation beautiful views, beach on your doorstep. This is it, you could just do your food shopping and kick off your shoes and chill. Close to amenities if you want them. Nice little mini Market 5 minute walk. Tavernas. Great one next door. This place has it all. Fantastic. Big thumbs up

We have been coming back for the past 5yrs. This speaks for itself. So relaxing, very chilled vibe and the breeze is so cooling. Across from the beach for your daily swim in the sea. A selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Nidri is a 20 min easy drive, very pretty but more commercial, and hot! Lefkada town less than 5 min drive. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Already booked for 2026.

A place to dream and stay...

We came for the first time to Lefkada and were really happy about this "place on earth" with beachfront view, pool & outdoor kitchen as well as comfortable bed rooms and bath rooms with nice amenities... Great service provided by guest relation manager Maria as well as the by the two housekeeping ladies, friendliness and cleanliness were great! The nearby beach as well as the pool beside the villa were fantastic, the weather in October (first half) just warm enough... Even some kitesurf and windsurf experience was possible. Beautiful landscape to discover. And tavernas for tasty surprises - some already closed because of "end of season". We will definitively recommend - and hopefully return again!

wonderful vacation

Like every year we are coming to Aeriko Villas to Lefkada. We nearly stayed in each of the 5 villas. Every one is unit with furnitures and decoration but all of the are the same size and shape. enough space for family with two children. The pool is good maintained. The house is very clean because of two wonderful cleaning ladies. Thank you a lot L and E. The house is just a view meters from the beach. The town you will reach in 5 minutes. What to say the perfect spot to stay and enjoy your vacation. We can't wait to come again.

A really enjoyable stay

We couldn't have asked for more. A lovely family villa. Clean throughout, and a lovely family pool. The hosts were wonderful right from booking. Great directions and waiting for us when we arrived. Then throughout our stay available on WhatsApp. Beds had lovely sheets and were v comfortable. Honestly a lovely place. We will be back.

Aeriko Gorgona -Excellent

Agios Iohanis is a quiet area where tourists enjoy the sandy beach, restaurants and cafes, is located just 5 minutes from downtown and the port. Villa Gorgona is located on the seafront, offering beautiful panoramic views of the turquoise waters. Very nicely decorated with vintage but also modern elements, well maintained and very clean. The private pool is quite large and well framed by the surrounding turret and grill. The owners were waiting for us with a welcome pack, a gesture to be appreciated. The communication with them was efficient, the recommendations made by them making our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely return here and recommend the Aeriko villa to friends and acquaintances. Mari - Romania

Always again

Very nice villa for 4 people. Everything what you need is there. The owner are always responsive. The Beach across the street is long and lovely. You have a bar next door who serves good food and also breakfast. We fell in love with this place and also with the island. Great place to kite surf, always enough wind. See you next year.

words can’t described the welcome we’ve received by Lola the villa’s owner. Th place (Gorgona Villa) is very well maintained and equipt. The location and beach view from the bedrooms are breathtaking. Swimming pool is the master piece in the villa. Our experience is magnificent and we will come back. Highly recommended. Excellent stay at Aeriko Villas

Our stay at Aeriko Villas was amazing. The owners are so hospitable! The villas are nice and trendy decorated. The villas are provided with all comforts. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, big kitchen and living room. Also the privacy is very good. In front of the villas you just have to walk a couple of steps and you are on the beach. It is a very nice and peacefull beach. Every evening you can watch the beautifull sunset. We really like this address and we love to come back every year.
