“What a beautiful stay we had at a peaceful, serene inn on the banks of the river next to Middleton House estate and gardens. Our room had everything we needed, bed was super comfy . Walking distant to Middleton house and restaurant with complimentary tickets to the gardens and tours.Breakfast buffet was excellent . Will stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“I’m not one to complain. But Let me just start by saying, I have never stayed in a nasty hotel but this one was definitely a first for me. It was nothing like the pictures, at all!!! The property looked not taken care of, it had a bad smell outside of the hotel and in the room I was given, the AC was not even working right, it was rusted and had stains on the unit, I was sweating in the hotel the whole time I stayed there. “We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.”

“We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!”
