“The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place...

“Friendly staff”

“This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The room smelled of smoke the sheets were badly stained, the bathtub was falling apart and the lock on the front door didn’t work. :(”

“I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed ”

“Security risk do not stay”

“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

“The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise.”

“Stayed there for 1 night due to an early morning flight at ABE. Before my mother & I even entered the lobby door from the parking lot, the smell of marijuana was noticeable. After getting off the elevator at the 3rd floor, we were met with extremely loud music coming from a room w/an open door & two men standing outside in a poorly lit hallway. Feeling not so safe, we entered our room & immediately locked the door. There were no plastic cups in the bathroom, there were gum wrappers on the...

“Pool was unclean, no bathroom or shower at pool. Room door was not secure able as well, loose in frame. Curtains not closing enough to block out lights from outside. Television was too dark and no way to adjust to make brighter. ”
