“Parking was excellent. The gentleman working the desk walked me to the room. He turned the lights and heater on for me. He was making sure I felt safe. I appreciated him being so cautious. The next day he was still there and very cheerful. He was having breakfast and excused himself for not being behind the desk. He was very professional ”
