“We were locked out of the building for quite some time. We were given a staff code to finally get in which meant we had access to all rooms. Kinda scary if you think about it.Their is no staff on site so everything is done by phone. Then our reservation was wrong,and the bed was saggy. Woke up with a back ache. If you are looking for warm and friendly this is not for you. ”
