“Solo per una notte”

“The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!”

“Very quick and simple overnight stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were nice. No real concerns”

“HVAC unit in room was extremely noisy. Each time the unit came on there was excess noise that would wake you up.”

“The room was very large! Plenty room for family. The pool was beautiful. Also you can enjoy sitting around the firepit, there is an exercise room and also basketball area. Breakfast was excellent...It is large, alot of choices!!”

“Mold along trim boards under sink!! Drain bugs coming up thru sink drain Dried food in microwave and refrigerator Stained bed sheets”

“Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms.”

“Upon arrival and checking in at the front desk a mouse ran around the lobby my husband and front desk attendant had to chase the mouse around”

“The room was nasty smelled of urine! Knats flying around! Ceiling was old panels with bugs! Just all around unsightly!”

“It was the worst place i have ever stayed, it was supposed to be a double room but it had one queen bed,the room was supposed to be new remodel but it was not,i had surgery is the reason I stayed i had to walk to the office to get toilet paper and towels and return to office with used types ”
