The room was amazing but the service was lower than expected.
No oil refill for mosquito, no torello available for swimming pool at 2 pm, 20 minutes to reach the luggage.

“I’m not sure words do Lembongan justice, the Island is one of the most amazing places I’ve been to. Our hotel was fabulous, it was quiet, clean, with friendly staff. The setting and location were perfect for us and the pool area was great. On arrival we found the room was very small for two adults and a teenage son, I had expected a little more space. We had a mattress on the floor with no mosquito net which worried our son (he was right to be, we were bitten a lot) I asked if there were any...

“We had a lovely stay at D'Coin. The room was always clean and well presented and the pool facilities were also clean and well maintained. The hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. The staff were excellent, they were helpful, kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time at D'Coin :) thank you for making our honeymoon special. ”
