“Beautiful hotel!”

“Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Ausstattung ist gut und modern. Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Parkplätze. Auch für Elektroautos gibt es Ladestationen. Mein Zimmer war ein Einzelzimmer und hatte eine kleine Küche enthalten mit einer Kaffeemaschine, was wirklich sehr entgegenkommend war. Ein bisschen schwierig war die Bedienung der Klimaanlage, die war ziemlich kühl eingestellt. Aber ansonsten ein rundherum guter und schöner Aufenthalt ….sehr zu...

I was told because of same maintenance but everything was solved, for two days nothing changed, it was a problem with the water mixer ( which I immediately clearly explained ). My room wasn't cleaned and they told me that this service is only under a specific request and this is written somewhere in the room, ok but as 99,9% of the Hotels do not have this approach, you have clearly to tell me this when I check in and not let me...
