“Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!”

“We had an enjoyable 5-night stay at the Port Gaverne Hotel. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We enjoyed the variety of offerings at breakfast and the Sunday Roast. This is not "pub food." This is an old hotel and be advised that the rooms are small and up steep stairs, although the staff helped with luggage. We were there during a heat wave and there is no air conditioning, which is typically not needed. The bed was comfortable and the bedding lovely. The location...

“I ended up booking this on a lark, and what great fortune it was! The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything...
