“Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...

“The chalet was absolutely magical. We brought our multigenerational family here, and there was plenty of space for our family of 14. The kitchen was literally the nicest one I have ever rented in all my years of travel, and the living room and dining room are vast, and easily allowed us all to enjoy the spaces the together.
