“Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process.
Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.”

“We loved our view of the river. Parking was good. Unfortunately we had a canvas awning or something flapping all night outside our room. However confusion on booking due to sale of hotel last November by Travelodge to Mantra. They were u aware of booking commitment re breakfast and other offers made by Travelodge. They honoured breakfast but not all amenities after discussion.

“Room was clean and comfortable. The USB ports did not work so I had to charge my devices in the common area.
The pod door is loud and the pods are not soundproof, so people's movements can be heard constantly throughout the night.
My pod (No. 10) was a lower one in the corner and it was quite difficult to enter and exit in between the wall and the upper pod ladder.
It would be nice if the pod had a compartment to keep glasses/phone/anything fragile ”
