“The oversmart girl should not tell an Electronics engineer how the TV remote works when I went to the front desk to complain about the batteries.”

“We booked because the hotel had a hot tub and it was under maintenance the whole stay. The breakfast was quite bad. We went early and the scrambled eggs had an odd texture and the sausage looked like it had been reheated several times. Then they had plumbing issues and we had no water for part of the day and then no hot water until the next day”

“Room was clean, convenient location, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with hot food. I would have like more light in the rooms, pool was heavily chlorinated, which we didn’t like but was probably good for health reasons. I would recommend this hotel. There were ppl there with dogs but was no issue for us.”

“Awesome staff. Very clean room. I mentioned that the door lock didn’t work and they were going to look and fix it. I wasn’t worried being in the room because the other locks on the inside worked well.”

“The property is excellent. We had a problem accessing our unit with the code provided by the host. In the email from the host, the access code is part of the guest phone number; however, Expedia does not share the guest phone number with the host and no alternate code was provided. The front desk closes at 5pm and the phone number provided continuously goes to voicemail. After a couple of hours, and assistance from Expedia, we were able to reach the host and get an alternate code to our...
