Guest house in Alberta

“The property was clean and conveniently located. We appreciated the laundry machine since we were on a 2 week trip. However the beds were so rickety that it made it hard to sleep. Overall it was a great place but could be better if the beds were more solid.”

“Great location, clean and cute. No stove, host provides a hot plate and pan for our extended stay.”

“Was okay. Found that the extra sheets were just thrown in the cupboard so weren’t sure if they were clean. Also in two of the stays the shower was clogged and the second was even after we had requested they check their places. The communication was almost too much. We go to these places to get away from the phone and they messaged a lot to check up and right after we would check in. Was a bit much but they did respond quickly most of the time when we needed help. The toaster was broke in 2/3...

“Excellent host, nice clean house, was a great stay. Would recommend to others”

“Very welcoming to pets. Easy check-in and very comfortable! Would stay again ”

“Good location for shops and food nearby. Very clean and Char was great. She kept us informed and let us know we could reach her if need be but she didn’t hover. Excellent stay!”

“Nice and relaxing place”

“perfect location in downtown Banff. We were in town for a wedding. Having the Canoe Suites across the street was ideal for picking up buses, grabbing breakfast and sitting outside by the fire for a drink. The accommodations were spot on. Wonderful and memorable time in Banff for our family.”

“Place was never cleaned, pull back sheets and hair everywhere, ( I slept on the couch) clumps of hair in the living room, hair in tub and bathroom, brown stains on kitchen floor (I'm hoping it was chocolate). Response from management "OH, that's terrible".....I would never stay there again!”
