“The place was very clean and well-kept, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and spotless. The bathtub and bathroom were also very clean and well-sanitized. Sue was very welcoming and kind. Overall, it was a really nice stay and I would definitely recommend it.”

“It is fine for a short stay. Kitchen is limited for cooking, just 2 burner hot plate on counter, small microwave and no dishwasher. It is a basement apt with considerable noise from people walking around upstairs. Small children running around and up/down stairs. This was during the day and not later than 8:30 or so in the evenings so we ignored it and didn’t bother the owners during our 3 night stay. ”

“We would definitely stay again! The place was very clean, the had all the kitchen amenities that we needed. The bed and linens were very comfy! The only con to staying at this resort was how busy the hot tub was at all times, especially in the evening. We went down at 830pm on Friday and it was SO full that we had to go back to the room. They need another hot tub for the size of resort! Pool was heated, so that was great! We didn’t get a turn in the sauna, cause it was a small barrel sauna...

“A lovely room close to the Banff Springs Hotel. The room was nice and cosy, and set in a beautiful location. A short walk into town, or to Bow Falls (a must see).”
