“Room smelt terrible, like greasy fish. We had 4 rooms booked and had cancelled one night on one room. Had email confirmation from the hotel and from Expedia. The staff at check in were less than helpful, saying we have to pay for that one night. The manager on site was also useless. So back to Expedia I had to go, waiting on hold for another hour of my life, for something that was already taken care of weeks in advance. Pool was ok. Crowded and noisy, but the kids liked it. I also had an inquiry...

“Great experience, very gentle staff, check in was great and the staff did whatever they could to meet all our needs and beyond. Very good breakfast, free laundry service, gym 24/7, swimming pool, and more. Some small tweaks and glitches here and there, but the overall experience compensates it all! They also inform us that they are about to renovate the hotel, hence the future looks promising! For sure we will go back there if we happen to get again to that area! Most recommended!”
