“The initial impression pulling up to unload was really bad. It’s unclear which “lane” for valet and which is self park. No signage and a tight space turning in from a busy city street. Awkward. One of the worst initial impressions ever. However, once you finally get in and up the elevators (takes time, there are two hotels stacked on each other in this high rise), the check in, the staff and ultimately the room were all fantastic! The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room.
