“Nice hotel in the lobby area However rooms are showing age. Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing. I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid. As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC”

“The staff were so welcoming. we were able to check in a bit early and we appreciated that. the room was perfect and i especially loved the balcony i could step out onto for morning coffee. the breakfast was excellent and the waiter was so polite and working hard to make everyone feel attended to during the morning rush. we took a walk around the beautiful neighborhood after breakfast. i would absolutely stay here again.”

“When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff. The hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the bar and breakfast areas. The rooms are spacious with great kitchen area. Location is very walkable to the stadium and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.”
