“Very friendly & accommodating staff who spoke both French & English. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean & nice size. We were located on the same floor with all the student tour groups coming in/out every other day, and the volume level still wasn’t too bad. It did create a towel shortage over the holiday weekend when the hotel was already short staffed; however, they were very kind & helpful. We will definitely stay here again! ”

We tried to check-in about 5 but there were 7 people in line ahead of us and only one staff working.We waited 30 minutes and the people at the front of the line still weren’t checked in so 7 people were still waiting.
