“When I arrived the told me an 14 other people that they had no rooms for us. Then they transferred us to a partner hotel and promised we would get a refund for the first night. No refund received. Also the check-in at the partner hotel was understaffed and overwhelmed with the situation. It took 45 min wait to check in at the Hilton. Worst experience after a transatlantic flight…”

“The room was spacious, the bathroom was well planned, and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately planes from the nearby airport flew low and were loud and disturbing.”

“Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.”

“Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them.”
