“Clean and cozy….nice stay overall”

“The host’s efforts to provide us a trouble-free and enjoyable stay was evident! From info about the area to snacks on the kitchen counter. We weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor activities but that wasn’t a problem with all the games inside! We enjoyed the ping pong table especially. The comfy movie room was the perfect way to end a busy day. The bathrooms are right next to each other but still had good water pressure. “The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

“We were very comfortable. Distance to Oxford and the University was perfect, taking only 10-12 minutes. I would recommend this home for parents visiting students.”

“Nice walk to Glen Miller Park and Richmond Rose Garden. Front porch nice for morning coffee.Time for the pillows to be refreshed, they were quite flat.Listing states "swimming pool" which was is in accurate (and obvious from photos and the general area) , but it also states ammenities include "Washer" and "Dryer" which it does not have.”

“A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away.”

“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...
