“Not the friendliest of welcomes. A meeting cancellation meant I arrived early but I wasn't allowed to check in. The staff I encountered throughout my stay were distant and aloof. Signage around the sprawling site was poor so I ended up wandering around to find various amenities. For the positives, the room was clean and the breakfast was good quality ”

“Lovely area, the grounds are stunning. Staff welcoming one in particular a barman from New Zealand very friendly and helped us enjoy our drink and meal in the bar. The room was exceptional, comfy bed and chairs, spacious, lovely royal style carpet, even a little balcony. Shower gel and Shampoo top class. Spa - ok, hot tub needs to be a higher temperature and more powerful and lighting should be darker. ”

“Very friendly staff, hassle-free internet connection with decent speed. Good breakfast, the cappuccino from the machine was surprisingly good. Room is spacious enough, but the bathroom is cramped. The door is rather large and you need to maneuver around the WC. My room was on the ground floor facing the parking so not much privacy. Enjoyable walk to Manor Park. Bus (line 6) is right outside if you need to go downtown. Good bed, although the pillows are a bit too thick. Good restaurant but no...
