The kitchen is well equipped and you can tell that in its heyday it was a very well built home. We did have some issues that resulted in a couple poor rating areas that need to be addressed. I didn't pay attention to the less than perfect reviews as there were so many great reviews but I encourage all to read them carefully to decide whether to rent this house. The...

“This was just a quick overnight stop for my party of 9. There was plenty of space for everyone. I would say this property needs some TLC and a deep clean. The cost for one night was far more than the property warranted, in my opinion.”

“Stay was amazing, I'd stay again, but I would bring my own pans, those pans in the house I'd consider an embarrassment and would never feed my family off those. I was sad the can opener was broken. Overall for how much it costs the toilet paper and paper towels could be nicer, not trying to complain either just being completely real. “Appliances are new. Spacious and comfortable house. Sufficient utensils provided by owner. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Convenient location. ”

“The property was well maintained and located so that getting places was easy”

“Easy check-in process, really helpful hosts and a great property! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious stay with great views on Lake Murray. The only comment I have is that the rooms got hot at night upstairs so maybe bring a fan if you are a hot sleeper like we are.”

“Great little mill house. Very unique. Loved the wood floors and the few special vintage pieces. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Close to all the fun. We went tubing on the river and the enjoyed the restaurants close by.”

“This place was Perfect!! Super clean, AC worked phenomenally. The layout works very well. The host was very kind and expeditious in her communications with us. I will definitely be staying again on my trip out to Cayce next year. Super close to airport and downtown, Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need on vacation for multiple days or weeks. Check-out was super smooth and simple, not like the horror stories you hear online with all the cleaning fees and the laundry list of things...

“Had everything we needed. Was clean and perfect for our family.”

“great space for a large group, will be staying again with my team”

“Great accommodation for a large group of people. Ample living areas and plenty of beds. Close to Ft. Jackson where we attended our grandson's graduation.”
